The voucher offer includes an hour of fun in the studio plus a complimentary framed 7”x5” image, all for an introductory offer price of just £25 (usual price £145).

Can I buy the voucher as a gift?
Yes you can. The Venture Portrait Experience is a great gift idea. Please read the terms and conditions before you purchase. The Venture Experience offer costs just £25 and entitles the recipient's family to a one-hour photography session and a framed 7"x5" image.
Can I purchase additional vouchers to add to the value of the offer?
If you would like to give the recipient a larger portrait or more portraits you can do so by giving Venture Gift Vouchers. They are available from our studios in denominations of £25, £50, £100, £250 and £500.
How do I know if my website voucher order has been received?
When you have placed your order we send a confirmation email to inform you we have received an order and will process it shortly.
How do I place an order for a voucher?
Once you have decided to purchase your voucher just click on the ‘Buy Now’ button and you will be taken through the purchase process automatically.
How long does it take for my voucher to be delivered?
Your Venture Experience Voucher will be dispatched during the next working day after your order is received, and will be sent by Second Class Post in the United Kingdom. Please be advised that orders placed during December will be sent via First Class.
Can I place an order for a voucher outside of the UK?
We deliver Venture Experience Vouchers within the United Kingdom only. You will need to be able to get to a Venture studio to enjoy a Venture photography experience. Currently we have studios in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Hong Kong and USA. If you would like to purchase a Venture Experience Voucher for our Republic of Ireland, Hong Kong or USA studios please contact the studio directly. See studio locations for details.
How can I pay for my voucher?

Is it safe to give card details over the internet?
Any information sent to us is encrypted (scrambled) while being sent over the Internet. Our site uses 128-bit encryption which is the accepted standard for online transactions; no-one will be able to intercept your details.
When will my card be debited?
Normally your card will be charged / debited on the day your order is placed

What is the style of photography?
Before Venture’s launch, portrait photography was characterised by traditional stiff, lifeless, posed portraits. At Venture, we don't just do portraits. We tell the kind of stories that can transform the character of a home. We capture images full of genuine character and emotion and then hand-craft them into unique pieces of contemporary art that bring the spirit of life to your space like nothing else can. We find that we achieve the best results when people are relaxed and having fun - a very different approach to traditional portrait photography
How long does the photography session last?
Spend an hour in our state-of-the-art studio. It’s relaxed, informal and lots of fun. Bring your own props and lots of personality, and let our portrait photographers do the rest.
Are you studio based or do you come to the home?
Venture does not visit your home as all our photography sessions are conducted in our nationwide network of state-of-the-art studios. Your Venture experience starts with a consultation between you and a Venture photographer, where we get to know the real you. And you can help us out by bringing props. Anything goes. The more personal and original the better. We’ll talk and give you plenty of tips, and then it’s straight into your state-of-the-art Studio Session.
We find that our clients don’t need their home environment to feel comfortable - your photographer will help you to relax. It’s your creative adventure and it’s a lot of fun!
We have 50 studios across the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong and even USA so there’s bound to be one near you.
Do you photograph individuals/couples/groups etc?
The £25 offer is specially designed for complete families - but generally the more members of the family that come along the better. We have examples of sessions where as many as 25 people attended. However if you are in any doubt please contact your local studio for further details as this is subject to the capacity of each individual studio. You can use one voucher per family per year regardless of whether there are three people or 30 in your family group.
Venture does undertake sessions for couples but please remember that the £25 Venture Experience offer is designed specifically for families, so you will need to check with your local studio on availability and for their latest offers.
Do you provide a service for hair & make up?
Venture is all about capturing your natural character and revealing the real you and as a result we would prefer you to come as yourself. By all means make yourself up – once you’ve booked your Session a member of the studio team will call you to help you prepare for your Session and they will be happy to recommend what will look best so you get the most out of your experience.
Do you do wedding photography?
Venture offers a great alternative for couples looking to mark their wedding occasion with something completely different from the traditional ‘posed for’ wedding shots in a relaxed atmosphere in which to celebrate the important life step they are taking.
If you really want to capture wedding memories in the Venture style, why not get out your dress and bring it with you to your session! Many of our clients decide to come back after their honeymoon, when the stress of the wedding planning is over, to relive those magical moments and have one of our expert photographers tell the story of your relationship.
Can I bring different outfits and props to the photography session?
Bring a change of outfit, your own props and lots of personality, and let our portrait photographers do the rest. When the studio calls you to confirm your appointment they will talk to you about what ideas you have for the photography session and what to bring.
Can I bring my pet?
To date, as well as cats and dogs, we have had snakes and sheep in our studios! Please check in advance with your studio to ensure they can accommodate you and your pet
How much do your products cost?
Venture offers a wide range of display options that come in different sizes and formats to give you a striking feature in your home. As each studio is a franchise the product and price can vary, therefore contact the individual studio for a current price list. Many people choose to use our flexible payment plan to spread the cost of their investment.
Do you provide images on CD?
Venture provides a selection of images on CD and on a digital stick. Please note that these are not in a printable format.
If I place an order for product how long does it take to produce it?
After your Studio Session, we'll arrange your Viewing for a few days later. This is when the whole experience comes to life. It's your first chance to view your amazing images, projected up on the wall, and talk about how they could look in your home. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the end of your Viewing Session for your finished portraits to be ready for collection. These timings may vary from studio to studio. Who owns the copyright on the images from the session?
Please remember that Venture retains the copyright to all images taken at your session. If you want to purchase additional products then please contact your local studio.
What happens to the images after the photo session?
As each studio is operated by a franchisee the length of time that images are stored for does vary. This depends on the individual studios, so please contact them for specific details. However, we do offer a discount on our usual prices at your first Viewing show, which most of our clients choose to take advantage of.
What happens at the preview?
We’ll reveal the amazing images of you and your family in an exclusive viewing show. Bring a hanky! (Lots of people find it quite emotional but in a good way!)
How long does the preview last?
Approximately an hour.
How long does it take before my order is ready?
It will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the end of your Viewing Session for your finished portraits to be ready for collection. These timings may vary from studio to studio. Please contact your local studio for further information.
