Nicky  - Senior Photographer / Design Consultant
Nicky joined Venture 6 years ago after gaining her M.A. in Media Art. She has won several national awards in her time with Venture. She loves Cake, Fashion and travelling.

Sharon  - Photographer / Design Consultant
Sharon has worked for Venture for over 5 years, she is full of enthusiasm and loves fun sessions with lots of energy. Her digital work has won awards and her eye for design is visable throughout the work she produces.

Claire  - Photographer / Design Consultant
Claire is a real people person, she joined the team after spending 2 years working with the world famous Disney Cruise Line as their onboard photographer. She has a passion for creating images of kids, the cheekier the better. Five minutes with Claire and the whole family will be infected by her bubbly personality.

Simone  - Office Manager
Simone is Miss efficient her nickname is "The Memory" - she never forgets anything. Her teammates say that she is professional and that she always looks good and has great hair styles
Laura  - Appointment Coordinator
Laura is very hard working and focused on making sure every client gets the most from their storytelling experience. We all say that she is honest, confident and very outgoing.
Emily  - Appointment Coordinator
We call her the "Mum" of the team, she looks after everyone! She's Miss Chatty, very good with clients when they call into the studio and boy does she do a good buffet!
Sonal  - Appointment Coordinator
Son works not only at this studio, but in Leicester too! She is studying management at Uni and works part time. You'll know her by her Bradford accent - you can't miss it!
Andrew  - Digital Artist
Andrew is the the funny man, he keeps everyone happy everyday of the week. He's also the longest serving member of the team. He has a winning colgate smile and a heart of gold.
Sophie  - Corporate Ambassador
Sophie is a natural communicator and loves talking with clients, you'll see her out and about around Northamptonshire. Her team mates say she is friendly and fun to be with and that she has fantastic dress sense.
Claire  - Front of House
Claire is a natural born talker and loves chatting with families before their sessions and previews. Not only does she cover front of house, but she is also an award winng photographer - so she know's her stuff. 
Tammy  - Sales Manager
Tammy has worked for Venture for 5 years, she took a short break to bring up her daughter. She's now back and ready to help Venture team up with local partners and to look after the local exhibitions you'll see around Northamptonshire..
