Re-Sales
The actual purchase price of an existing franchise varies according to the performance of the business. As a guide, our studios have sold in the past for amounts that range from under £50,000 for businesses that haven't reached their potential, to in excess of £600,000 for our most successful studios.

Vacant Territories
To open a new Venture studio you would need to have between £40,000 and £50,00 of liquid funds as a deposit to allow you to borrow the remaining amount. Overall a new opening will require in the region of £150,000 including the initial fee, fit out costs, pre opening costs and working capital.
Our Fees
We charge an Initial Franchise Fee of £20,000 which covers your initial training and our full support service throughout the purchase of the business or opening of the studio. Thereafter, there is a monthly Franchise Fee and Marketing Fee which is calculated as a percentage of business turnover.
Returns
When implemented professionally, Venture’s business model will provide a franchisee with a combination of healthy profits on a monthly basis and an increasingly valuable asset.
The most efficiently run studios have a record of delivering well over 20% net returns.
There are clearly no guarantees of success and the returns made in a particular location will be dependent on many factors, not least the effectiveness of the franchisee.
