The role:

You will be calling our potential clients (no cold calling involved), educating them and booking them into our busy diary. It’s a great job, and has a huge impact on the business, but it’s not for everyone as you need to be confident on the phone and tenacious when people go “arghhh, photography, nooooo, I’m scared of cameras”! In return you get to work with a great team, see all of the great work we create, and help prep the clients before our photographers create the work………

As a member of the sales team, you will also partake in Face To Face Design Consultations advising and guiding clients to the products that best suit their needs.

You will be given the opportunity to promote the company through various exhibition sites and events across London & Essex. Your key objective is to generate enthused and excited new Venture clients at the very start of their Venture Experience.

A high level of motivation and enthusiasm are a must as well as an ability to effectively communicate with an excellent telephone manner, expressing ideas clearly and confidently.

Exhibition Sales Consultant – Venture Southampton

We are currently looking for a new Exhibitions Sales Consultant for our Southampton Studio. As the first point of contact for our clients this is a crucial part of our business.

Your role will be promoting the company through various exhibition sites and events across Hampshire/Wiltshire and parts of Dorset. Your key objective is to generate leads and encourage customers to purchase a Venture Photography Experience voucher by enthusing about the fantastic Venture studio experience, our stunning photography and our products.

Whilst relevant experience and any special skills are welcomed, no experience is necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate.

An outgoing and approachable person, you will be target driven, self-motivated and confident. You will also be honest, reliable and smart in appearance, whilst being flexible and willing to travel.

An excellent communicator with good listening and influencing skills.

Full clean driving licence and your own transport are essential.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. This is a part time role with a potential of 5 to 10 days per month with excellent earning potential.

Venture Leamington Spa – Full time or Part Time Telesales / Diary Coordinators Wanted

An exciting opportunity at our Leamington Spa Studio has opened up:

We’re looking for one full time person (40 hours) or 2 part time people (between 10 and 30 hours is workable for us).

The starting pay is £6.19 p/h + holiday pay + bonus pay (making it £8 to £10+ per hour) and you will most likely work evening and some weekends.

The role:

The role basically involves calling our potential clients who have all received a gift experience pack / a voucher / a thank you from a corporate partner (so there’s no cold calling involved), and turning them into real clients by educating them and booking them into our busy diary. It’s a great job, and has a huge impact on the business, but it’s not for everyone as you need to be confident on the phone and tenacious when people go “arghhh, photography, nooooo, I’m scared of cameras”! In return you get to work with a great team, see all of the great work we create, and help prep the clients before our photographers create the work. You’ll also be greeting our clients and dealing with the collections of their products so you need to be well presented and great with people face to face as well as on the phone.

Who we are looking for:

You will be positive, resilient, target driven, relishing the challenges of building new business opportunities. A high level of motivation and enthusiasm. Able to effectively communicate with an excellent telephone manner, expressing ideas clearly and confidently. Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to influence through the effective use of persuasive techniques. The ability to cultivate and maintain excellent business relationships with customers. Previous telesales experience preferred but not essential.
