The bench mark for quality within our company is so high, that it takes weeks, months, even years to become a Venture qualified photographer. Our BIPP (British Institute of Professional photography) accredited training programme ensures our photographers progress to the highest standards, and are continually looking to the future to utilise the latest techniques. And it’s not just our photographers who are trained to the highest standards, everything from the way your pieces of wall art are manufactured here in the UK down to the creative techniques used by our digital artists. Venture leads the market with its holistic approach to quality.

Every year thousands of applicants will apply for each photography role within the company and with studios throughout the UK, Hong Kong and US, you would think that landing a photography role within Venture wouldn’t be so competitive.

However Venture requires a very special, unique and highly trained individual to take on such an important role. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Therefore it is essential that our photographers are exceptional in every way, so that they can deliver every customer’s unique story, through story telling images, from the moment they walk through the door.

Lots of photographers want to work for Venture, but only a select few (the very best) actually become Venture photographers. 1,000 applicants, 100 telephone interviews, 20 selected for an assessment day, 2 left remaining. And the story just begins…
