Cheltenham - Experienced Studio Photographer
At one of the most acclaimed and established studios in the UK, Venture Studios Cheltenham are looking for an additional dynamic Photographer to come and join our successful team.
The job involves creating rapport and a fantastic experience for our customers as you photograph them and capture their personalities in cutting edge and creative ways. As well as photography, you’ll also be editing and retouching of all of your images, and then showing our customers their final pieces in our cinema rooms. You’ll then guide and advise them as to what will work based on their interior and budget requirements so an element of selling is required – all be it very soft with no hard selling.
Between shoots, edits and viewings, you’ll also be booking our customers into the diary, meeting and greeting, and showing them their final pieces in their bespoke wall art orders.
The role will offer you:

However, to even be in for a chance of interview you must:
Have at least 1 years experience in PROFESSIONAL studio portrait photography and know Photoshop and light-room to a high level.
Be creative.

Love working with customers.
Be great with kids as well as grownups.
Great on the phone and face to face.
Be a generally lovely person who likes working hard and has a passion for what we do.

Eton - Trainee Studio Photographer
THE ROLE WILL OFFER YOU:

- Have proven creative ability and a good eye for composition
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with a “can do” attitude with good attention to detail

- Have a good knowledge of Photoshop, strong digital manipulation skills and graphic design an advantage
- You will have a photography degree or similar qualification.
- Ideally applicants would have worked within a studio environment with knowledge of studio operations
This is a full time post that involves evening and weekend work.
Salary – £19,500 – £21,000 (dependent on experience.)
Experience in portrait photography is an advantage.

Maidstone - Head Photographer
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our brand new Maidstone Studio which is due to open this August. We are looking for a dynamic Head Photographer to come and join our passionate opening team.
The main areas of the role involve creating rapport with customers ensuring they have a fantastic experience as you photograph them and capture their personalities in cutting edge and creative ways. As well as photography, you’ll also be editing and retouching all of your images, and presenting our customers with their final pieces in our cinema rooms. You will guide and advise on image and frame choices based on their interior design and budget requirements so an element of soft selling is required, with full training given on this.
As head photographer you will be responsible for
- Managing a team of Photographers
- Leading weekly Photographic team meetings
- Training the team to ensure the highest standards of photography are maintained within shows
- Ensuring the team reaches and maintains expected targets and AVO
- Daily assignment of tasks to the team
The role will offer you:
