We’re looking for a wonderful Front of House and Appointment Coordinator to come and join our team in Venture Studios, Birmingham.
The Role:
The role involves you taking care of our clients when they arrive for their appointments, putting them at ease for the photography shoot or viewing. Day to day general inquiries will form part of your role as well as unveiling the clients finished products when they arrive to collect them. You will also be calling our potential clients, educating them on our product and booking them into our busy diary. You’ll be getting our customers excited, educated, and will help the initial shoot by developing ideas with your customers over the telephone before they come in.
Who we are looking for:
You need to be confident on the phone and face to face. You must be tenacious, someone who is positive and resilient who relishes the challenge of building new relationships and new business opportunities. In return you get to work with a great team, see all of the great work we create, and help prep the clients before our photographers create the work.

Leeds: Studio Photographer & Viewing Consultant
We’re looking for a Studio Photographer & Viewer to come and join our team in Venture Studios, Leeds.
The Role
The job involves creating rapport and a fantastic experience for our customers, as you photograph them and capture their personalities, in cutting edge and creative ways in our Leeds Studio. In addition to photography, you’ll also be editing and retouching your images, and then showing our customers their final pieces in our cinema room. You’ll then guide and advise them, as to what will work, based on their interior and budget requirements, so an element of selling is required – all be it very soft with no hard selling.
Between shoots, edits, and viewings, you’ll also be meeting and greeting clients and showing them the final pieces of their bespoke wall art orders.
The role will offer you the following:
