Front of House and Appointment Coordinator to come an join our team in
Venture Leicester.
The Role:
You will be calling our potential clients, educating them on our product
and booking them into our busy diary. You’ll be getting our customers
excited, educated, and will help the initial shoot by developing ideas
with your customers over the telephone before they come in. The role
also involves you taking care of our clients when they arrive for their
appointments, putting them at ease for the photography shoot or viewing.
Day to day general enquiries will form part of your role as well as
unveiling the clients finished products when they arrive to collect
them.

You need to be confident on the phone and tenacious, someone who is
positive and resilient who relishes the challenge of building new

Viewer to come and join our team in Venture Studios Leicester.
The job is very much a people person role. It involves creating rapport,
consulting our customers before you photograph them, delivering
incredible imagery and an experience in the Studio, editing and
retouching of all of their images, and then showing them your, or your
colleague’s, final pieces in our cinema rooms. You’ll then guide and
advise them as to what will work based on their interior and budget
requirements. All training will be given and is ongoing, but you need a
creative and customer service focused approach.
Between edits, shoots and viewings, you’ll also be booking our customers
into the diary, meeting and greeting, and showing them their final
pieces in their bespoke wall art orders.

The job involves creating rapport and a fantastic experience for our customers as you photograph them and capture their personalities in cutting edge and creative ways. As well as photography, you’ll also be editing and retouching of all of your images, and then showing our customers their final pieces in our cinema rooms. Maidstone - Head Photographer
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our brand new Maidstone Studio which is due to open this August. We are looking for a dynamic Head Photographer to come and join our passionate opening team.
The main areas of the role involve creating rapport with customers ensuring they have a fantastic experience as you photograph them and capture their personalities in cutting edge and creative ways. As well as photography, you’ll also be editing and retouching all of your images, and presenting our customers with their final pieces in our cinema rooms. You will guide and advise on image and frame choices based on their interior design and budget requirements so an element of soft selling is required, with full training given on this.

Liverpool - Exhibition Consultant

Be part of the UK’s largest family Portrait Photography business with studios across the UK, in the US and Hong Kong. We are currently looking for a new Exhibitions Consultant for our Liverpool studio. As the first point of contact for our clients this is a crucial part of our business. You will also have active involvement in finding and booking events for us to attend and assist with setting up exhibitions.
PRIMARY JOB ACTIVITIES:
Approach customers and promote the Venture Brand. Lead generation – gathering of completed questionnaires and vouchers. Meet and exceed daily targets set by the studio. Complete necessary paperwork and record forms. Communicate with studio on a daily basis regarding performance. Communicate the Venture brand and product line by generating interest and enthusing about our products. Maintenance of stock levels (questionnaires, vouchers, etc). Maintenance of exhibition stand – ensure it is tidy and uncluttered at all times. Report any repair or maintenance work required to the stand. Proactively approach exhibition site customers to generate initial interest. Full understanding of the exhibition’s selling process and the operations manual must be demonstrated as required. Conduct sales and marketing activities (e.g. virtual studio exhibition) as and when required. Assist with setting up and taking down of the stand- sometimes independently. Take ownership of the studios event diary and book us for future events. Whilst the majority of the role is location based around Merseyside, when events aren’t taking place you will be in our City Centre studio on Rodney Street, booking future events and aiding the studio.
You need to be outgoing, approachable and great with people! Target driven, self-motivated and confident, you will also be honest, reliable and smart in appearance.
Whilst relevant experience and any special skills are welcomed, no experience is necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate.
