Complaints Procedure
On the rare occasion that we do receive a complaint, we take it very seriously. If you are unhappy with the any aspect of your experience or the goods you purchased with us you need raise your concerns with the studio you have attended in the first instance. Each studio is a franchise, they require the opportunity to address your complaint and have a full understanding of your order and experience timeline.
