To complete the diploma, managers submit two written pieces. One reflects on what they’ve learned and how they’ve applied it. The other focuses on a specific area—like team development, recruitment or customer service—and the real-world changes they’ve made as a result. The final step is a professional interview where they talk through their experience and what it’s meant for their studio.
