Viewing Advisor: The Foundation of a Venture Studios Photographer

At Venture Studios, we take great pride in the exceptional level of training and expertise our photographers undergo to ensure they capture your family’s most cherished moments with precision and artistry. Our photographers are not merely picture-takers—they are storytellers. To achieve this, each photographer participates in a structured and rigorous training programme, ensuring they meet the highest professional standards before leading a photoshoot.

Core Skills Training Programme

The Core Skills Training Programme is a comprehensive one-year training course designed to equip our photographers with the expertise necessary to deliver a five-star customer experience. This programme ensures they master our four signature lighting styles and create balanced compositions tailored for display in our clients’ homes.

The training covers:

✔ Delivering a bespoke experience for each customer

✔ Ensuring health and safety when photographing children and babies

✔ Mastering Venture Studios’ distinctive lighting styles

✔ Understanding colour theory✔ Creating balanced and visually compelling imagery for clients’ walls

Each photographer participates in six face-to-face training sessions with our Creative Directors and is required to demonstrate their learning through extensive pre- and post-coursework. Their work is thoroughly assessed, and certification is granted only when it meets the high standards set by Venture Studios.

To complete their Core Skills qualification, each photographer must produce a portfolio consisting of 20 images that showcase our four lighting styles at a consistently exceptional level. This final body of work is then validated by the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP), earning the photographer their LBIPP accreditation.
