Valentine’s Day Competition Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to participants aged 18 and above.
  • Employees and their immediate family members of Venture Studios are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

  • The competition begins on 11th January and ends on the closing date of February 6th, 2024.

Entry Requirements:

  • Participants must complete the form above.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected through a random name generator.
  • The selection process will take place within 3 days of the closing date.

Prize:

  • The winner will receive
  • x1 Chocolate Fizz And Strawberries Gift Box
  • x1 Gold Photography Experience from Venture
  • x1 South African Chenin Blanc in a Gift Box
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Notification of Winner:

  • The winner will be notified via Marketing@venturephotography.co.uk within 3 days of the winner selection.
  • If the winner does not respond within 2 days, another winner will be selected.

Cancellation or Modification:

  • Venture Studios reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • In the event of cancellation, no compensation will be provided.

Data Protection:

  • Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and to subscribe participants to our newsletter. We want to assure you that we do not share your data with third parties. You have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, and we respect your privacy and preferences.

General Terms:

  • By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • Venture Studios reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules.
