  Michael – Studio Manager

  ‘The Geordie bloke’ has been with Venture for 15 years; starting out as a Photographer and Design Consultant.  He has won many awards along the way and ‘chatted’ to more than 15,000 families over the years; he does love a good chat.

  “My team mean the world to me! They are passionate, friendly, welcoming and lots of fun…”

  The favourite parts of his job are meeting new people, obviously chatting, working for his team and clients and seeing people’s reactions when they realise they are photogenic.

  Ria – Photographer/Design consultant

  Ria joined the team in 2021 after graduating from her BA Hons in Editorial and Advertising Photography Degree.  She has quickly become a hugely valued and loved member of the team.  She is quiet by nature until she’s with her clients, where she is full of energy, smiles and fun; the clients love her!

  “Ria was fantastic with us and our little one, capturing the most wonderful natural shots. What we have now is a set of brilliant photos and will live with us forever.”

  Her favourite sessions are with Newborn babies, as they are so intimate and personal.  When she’s not at work she loves concerts – especially Bieber, and theme parks – the bigger the better!

  Ana – Diary coordinator

  “Hola, Bonjour, Hello”

  Ana is our bilingual diary coordinator and joined the Venture team in 2019, whilst finishing her degree in Criminology achieving a 1^st.  

  Ana has a huge passion for delivering the best customer service you can find! As she is into criminology she is very nosey and loves to speak to families and find out what they like to do, asking them loads of questions. She will make your booking hassle free and super exciting. 

  Ana has also been awarded for ‘The best tea and coffee of 2021’ by her clients!

  In her free time Ana loves binge watching crime documentaries, spending time with her family and travelling.

  Ellie – Photographer/ Design consultant

  Ellie joined the team in 2019 and is an enthusiastic, fun member of the team.

  With a qualification in fine art photography, she loves dramatic shapes and quirky expressions in her work.

  Her favourite photoshoots are definitely with families and kids (Ellie is a big kid herself!) with bonus points if they bring pets. She sees her shoots as a true collaboration with her clients and is always keen to capture personality and the fun (sometimes chaos) of family life. There’s no sitting still in an Ellie session!

  “Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, it was absolutely amazing and thank you so much Ellie it was incredible!!!!!!!”

  When she isn’t behind the camera you can find her nerding out over anything Marvel, playing on her Playstation, singing on karaoke (Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now – Starship… it never goes well!) and cuddling her cat, Willow.

  Marta - Photographer

  Marta joined the team in 2021 with over 18 years of Photographic experience in the UK and Portugal. She has quickly become the crazy/senior member of the team.  Her previously huge experience in making family moments, memorable, has already provided her new clients with lasting memories.

  She loves to capture all different subjects, from babies to grown ups including pets. Her sessions are loads of fun, putting everyone at ease and bringing out lovely, spontaneous smiles; even if she needs to dance to make that happen! 

  When not at work, she loves spending time with her husband and loveable golden retriever.  She loves skiing, travelling and dancing.
