Ricky –Area General Manager

Ricky’s Venture journey began in January 2022. He finds getting to be a part of each person’s story is a huge privilege, whether it be a large family, a newborns first photography experience or pets no matter how big or small.

He enjoys every step in the Venture journey and loves seeing the final frames come in full of creative personality and beautifully captured moments that will be treasured on your walls forever!

As a self confessed geek, Ricky loves all things Star Wars, Marvel and is a big kid at heart! He loves spending time with his friends and family, most likely being the sore winner around the table with a good board game.

Jade –Diary Coordinator

All great ideas start on the phone’
Jade is usually on the other end of that phone discovering who you are from what you do for a living to what sports team you support to your children’s favourite stuffed animals.

When she’s not on the phone she’s behind the camera behind that other camera capturing behind the scenes and social media content.

Usually found with a smile on her face and a tea in her hand. Her love for stationery and organisation makes her a great member of the diary team.

Dominic –Photographer

Hi I’m Dominic, I graduated with a Degree in Photography at Coventry University. I have been a Photographer for over 6 years and specialise in Portraiture. I love working with people and getting to know who they are so I can reflect their personality in my photos.

My goal is to guide you and ensure your experience is comfortable and relaxed. We’re here to have fun, and capture your great moments! In my spare time, I rock climb, ski, and run and I love a good hot cuppa!

Callum –Photographer

“Callum joined the Venture team in 2020, initially as a photographer in the Leicester studio who then moved over to Nottingham in 2022 and is now head of the photography team for both sites. He is passionate about creating fantastic experiences with photographs that match! 

Outside of work he spends far too much time tracking calories and going to the gym. Side note, if you are bringing a dog into the studio you’ll struggle to keep him away.”

Ashleigh –Diary Coordinator

Hi, It’s just Ash here, one of the Diary Coordinators at Venture Leicester.

I love chatting with everyone on the phone, getting to know more about you and your families. I can honestly make a conversation out of anything, but I know I’m onto a winner if you’ve got a dog!

My favourite things ever are cherries! I’ll eat them, wear them, smell like them – if it’s related to cherries, I have to have it! My
favourite cherry treat has to be the dark chocolate covered cherries
from Harrods – an expensive once in a while treat, but they are so
LUSH!

I am obsessed with the colour pink, it just brings me so much joy!
When you come into the studio, you’ll have no trouble guessing which one my desk is!

One of my biggest passions is travelling. I love exploring and finding
out about different cultures and ways of life. I’ve visited 25
countries and my favourite has to be St Lucia where I got to go inside
a volcano!”

Lois –Photographer

Lois is an enthusiastic photographer at Venture Studios, with a passion for capturing moments through her lens.

A proud Nottingham
Forest supporter, especially now they’re smashing it in the prem (Long
may it continue).

She also enjoys spending time with her dogs, Mouse,
Foxy, and Eddy.

Lois studied photography at Norwich University of the Arts, combining her love for football, animals, and art into her vibrant, creative work”
