Izzy – Owner

Izhar aka Izzy is the owner of our Maidstone studio. Izzy started his photography career as a wedding photographer before taking ownership of the Palmers Green Venture studio. After 3 successful years he moved locations to open in his hometown of Kent.

Izzy is married and a proud father of two with a keen interest in business. He is a massive Liverpool football fan with a love for test match cricket, gym and cycling.

Gigi – Studio Manager

Gigi is an active mum of two beautiful children and two fluffy bunnies, who loves spending time with her family. As a mum herself, she is aware of how fast time flies, so she loves looking back at images of her kids when they were tiny.

After graduating with a BA in Film, Radio and Television Production, Gigi pursued her love of photography by capturing milestones in her kids lives.
During the last 10 years, Gigi has specialised in newborn photography and has captured many beautiful moments for families to cherish forever. She hopes to bring all of her skills and experience to Venture!

Georgia –Head Photographer

Georgia graduated from the University of Creative Arts in Rochester, where she studied fashion photography. Originally from Reading, she moved to Kent to pursue her career in photography.

She loves documentary photography, where she can capture natural family moments. In her spare time, she enjoys showing her love for art on her body in the form of creative tattoos.

Kymberly- Diary Manager

Kymberly is a member of our bookings team! Outside of work, Kymberly is a very creative person. She loves to draw, and has recently started her own small business selling pet portraits engraved onto mirrors!

Kymberly also has a passion for cooking. She holds a level three qualification in cooking, and has previously worked as a head chef

Chloe – Social Media Manager

Bringing creativity, her personality to everything she touches and alway being unapologetically herself. Starting her journey as a booking advisor, she worked her way up into a social media manager role. When she’s not online, she’s spending time with her beloved sprocker spaniel, Moose (arguably the real star of her camera roll). Known for always rocking her Crocs, she blends comfort, confidence, and authenticity into both her work and everyday life.

Ben- Photographer

Ben is from Margate and studied photography at Christ Church university. He has since worked at a model agency as a photographer for the last 9 years.

Ben has recently joined the Venture team and absolutely adores pet photoshoots as he’s an avid animal lover. 

On top of being a Lady Gaga superfan, Ben loves nothing more than snuggling up to his pet dogs and watching his favourite reality shows.

Ella- Photographer

Ella graduated from Arts University of Bournemouth, where she studied commercial photography. Throughout her time at University, she explored different styles such as fashion and portraiture. After graduating, Ella specialised in pet photography and loved capturing playful and high energy images for customers’ much loved pets.

Ella is originally from East Sussex where she grew up on a small farm which had a variety of animals such as chickens, pigs, lambs, goats and horses. Family is the most important thing for Ella, including her pet family.

Shelly- Bookings Advisor

Shelly is a valued member of our Bookings Team, bringing enthusiasm and warmth to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves spending her time baking — especially her delicious brownies — heading to the cinema for a good horror film, and socialising with friends. If she’s not out and about, you’ll likely find her cosy under a blanket in front of the TV, enjoying a well-earned relax.
