Ricky –Area General Manager

Ricky’s Venture journey began in January 2022. He finds getting to be a part of each person’s story is a huge privilege, whether it be a large family, a newborn’s first photography experience or pets no matter how big or small.

He enjoys every step in the Venture journey and loves seeing the final frames come in, full of creative personality and beautifully captured moments that will be treasured on your walls forever!

As a self confessed geek, Ricky loves all things Star Wars, Marvel and is a big kid at heart! He loves spending time with his friends and family, most likely being the sore winner around the table with a good board game.

Callum –Photographer Manager

Callum joined the Venture team in 2020, initially as a photographer in the Leicester studio who then moved over to Nottingham and is now head of the photography team. He is passionate about creating fantastic experiences with photographs that match! 

Outside of work he spends far too much time tracking calories and going to the gym. Side note, if you are bringing a dog into the studio you’ll struggle to keep him away.

Jordan – Photographer

Jordan joined the Venture team in 2024. Moving from Burton to Nottingham after getting the job at Venture.

Jordan aims to make anyone who enters the studio feel at home and make his shoots as fun and enjoyable as possible!

Achieving a BA Hons Degree in Photography at Nottingham Trent University, Jordan aims to share his experiences and knowledge with his peers and customers alike!

Outside of work Jordan will spend his time supporting the biggest club in London Chelsea FC, as well as finding time to dance as he’s found himself being a part of various dance shows and music videos!  

An avid gym goer who promises that this year is the year that he doesn’t take a month off gym every 3 workouts he manages to complete. Despite this however he still managed to beat Callum in an arm wrestle with relative ease.

Coby – Sales Consultant

Coby joined the Venture team in 2026 he has the best role at the studio, he gets to sit back, help you relax and watch your amazing images.

As a viewer he gets to showcase what we do best, taking amazing images of families and pets.

Pani – Diary Coordinator

Pani joined the venture family in Nottingham in February to become one of our most recent dairy coordinators. She is the first friendly face you’ll speak to and be greeted with when enquiring with us.

When she’s not having a laugh, Pani loves to stay active in the gym and enjoys lots of dog walks with her dog and family whilst also being very competitive at badminton.

Izzy – Photographer

Izzy joined Venture as a photographer in January 2026 after graduating from York St John University, achieving a bachelor of the arts in photography! She is very passionate about capturing memories through her work but, also loves to experiment and have fun in the studio!

Outside of work she likes to collect crystals, channelling all the positive energy! and of course adores all things gothic! Izzy has two cats herself so she will obsess over yours (and any animal for that matter) and absolutely LOVES coffee!
