What to expect from a Venture maternity photoshoot?
- After you have purchased a voucher from our website. You will receive a discovery call from your chosen studio, so we can find out about you, what you would like and tailor your experience accordingly.
- What happens on the day? No two pregnancies are the same, so neither are our photoshoots. We’ll help you capture those unforgettable stages of pregnancy in our private comfortable studio, and then follow up with that extra special second shoot capturing the mother baby bond.
- We can capture a variety of styles – including fully clothed, exposed bumps, underwear, special outfits & more. You tell us what you’d like, and we’ll make the magic happen.
- You’re welcome to bring outfits, props, accessories, blankets, fabrics or anything that you want to capture your personality & those emotions during those beautiful stages of late pregnancy and those early weeks as your baby grows.
- After your photoshoot, we will organise a follow up appointment where you can come back at your leisure, choose and purchase the photographs and frames you love, in a cinema-style experience.
What size frame do I get with this photoshoot?
Can I order additional images and frames?
Yes absolutely! Our photoshoot experiences include one printed image with a frame. Digital images are not included in this photoshoot experience, but are available in all studios, starting from £295 for four digital images. These are suitable for social media and printable up to 7” x 5”.
Each studio has a wide selection of packages available to suit all budgets, which include both digital and framed images. Finance options are available.
About the Maternity Photoshoot Package Deal
Our ‘bump to baby’ photoshoot is a magical experience and consists of two separate photoshoots, one to capture your bump and then the second once your baby has arrived.
Our highly trained photographers know just how to direct you, to achieve beautiful and flattering images, at one of the most exciting times of your life. Your photoshoot experience will be relaxed and comfortable and you’re sure to feel pampered throughout. Bring your partner along to capture those special moments cradling your baby bump, before your little one arrives.
Your second photoshoot is a truly wonderful experience and our highly trained photographers know just how to capture those special moments that happen within the first few weeks of babies’ arrival.
We specialise in capturing those sleepy, curled-up newborn poses that are unique to the first few weeks of your baby’s life. Our photographers pose your baby safely, in our warm and cosy studio – using soft lighting – allowing plenty of time for those baby cuddles and feeding.

I don’t have the perfect shaped bump, can you make me look amazing?
Our photographers are experts in finding the perfect angles, lighting and positioning to ensure everyone looks their very best – don’t worry you are in safe hands.
Do you provide the props/outfits?
Here at Venture Studios we want to tell YOUR story, and the best way to do this is with your own personal items from home. During your fire up call your photographer will ask many questions all about YOU and your family’s likes, dislikes, hobbies, personality traits etc and advise you on the things to bring to personalise your photoshoot. Check out our gallery to see what previous customers have brought along with them.
Some studio’s also have limited amounts of props available however you will need to discuss this with your photographer prior to the photoshoot.
Can spectators come to watch?
Absolutely, some families like to bring in friends/grandparents for an extra pair of hands. This is also a great opportunity to get them involved in a few shots too, which we always encourage.
