If you experience any issues with your framed gift or wall hanging Venture product, rest assured that they are protected under a three-year warranty.

If you have any concerns, please get in touch with the studio where you made your purchase. They will guide you on how to proceed with repairs or replacement.

Typically, the product will be returned to the Venture production facility for repair or replacement, and you will receive individual notification regarding the process.

The warranty is valid for three years from the product’s completion date.
