Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Venture Studios. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This return and refunds policy exclusively applies to voucher experiences purchased on our website: www.venturephotography.com. If you have purchased a voucher elsewhere please contact your local Venture Studio to discuss their return and refund policies. Contact details for studios can be found here.

  • Refunds can only be made on unused vouchers bought directly from the Venture Studios website (www.venturephotography.co.uk) within 30 days of purchase.
  • A refund cannot be given once a booking has been made with one of the Venture Studios.
  • Refunds can only be made to the purchaser and the monies will be refunded directly to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds cannot be given on expired, extended or exchanged vouchers.
  • Competition prizes or promotional vouchers cannot be refunded.
  • If your order includes a physical gift box or treat box, the entire order must be returned to us via the Post Office.
  • RETURN CONDITIONS
    Items must be returned in their original, perfect, and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact and no dents or defects in giftbox and items inside.

    All items from the order must be included in the return.

    Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • REFUND PROCESS
    Once we receive your return, the items will be fully inspected.

    If the return meets our policy requirements, we will process a refund for the cost of the goods (excluding postage).

    Refunds will be issued within 28 working days of approval.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    We strongly recommend using a tracked Royal Mail service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

  • Items that are returned damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders where the items have not been returned.
  • Venture Franchise Services reserves the right to decline a refund if the return conditions are not met or if the items are not returned within 28 days of delivery.
